I am an experienced software craftsman originally from Hamburg, Germany. I am known as a disciplined and communicatively skilled team player. I am honest, straightforward, and have developed expertise in collaborating with upper management and stakeholders during recent projects.

My commitment to projects and intrinsic motivation to complete assignments carefully, innovatively, and thoroughly are defining traits. I approach problem-solving in a solution-oriented and analytical manner, even under time pressure and stress, while fostering a pleasant and relaxed work environment. As a "fuller" stack developer, my focus lies in Java development, Keycloak, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).

In addition to my technical skills, I am a speaker and technical coach at various conferences and meetups. Among others, I have presented at Javaland 2023 in Germany, where I hosted the workshop "Clean Hexagonal Onion with a Dash of DDD in Spring," and at Devoxx UK 2023, where my talk was "Tackle Eventual Consistency with Domain Events."
